Hacking Safehax (11.1/2) downgrade without DSIWare

Booted into Decrypt9WIP just fine in my 1st 2DS 11.2.0-35U, gonna try on the second. Currently making back up on the first.

Now loading Waithax, says estimated time on my New 3DS is 2 hours, (OLD 3DS speed) no idea why but it hasn't crashed yet so fingers crossed

The safehax zip, soundhax, latest starter pack and Decrypt9WIP.bin renamed as arm9.bin. Gonna detail more as soon as I install a9lh on my 1st 2DS. Because, you see... They (my 2 brothers) didn't quite gave me permission to a9lh their consoles.
