It was deemed unsafe as there was a few bricking reports, and Aurora Wright couldnt find what the issue was that was causing the bricks so it was removed.

if i want to region change, in what point of the downgrade should i do that?

It depends on if you have a o3ds / n3ds or 2ds. Also depends on your level of experience and if you want cfw

If you are a total noob then just complete the guide then move on to region swap.

ok ive been waiting 2 and a half hours...and it still says patching arm11...did i do something wrong? should i wait another hour? also im using a 2ds would that make it take even longer?

Yes the exploit itself is safe,when using d9wip then it's becom unsafe.

The 3DS is probably less secure than the Wii xDD.

So you can just launch Luma3DS CFW on 11.0, later even 11.2 with it?

So, at what point would I downgrade to 9.2? I do not want A9LH. A9LH is what brought me to 11.0 in the first place lol. I feel better using Luna. I am using an O2DS

Install menuhax. Then load luma with this app . No need to downgrade if you want to use luma only.
