I converted a few movies and end up with no timeline as well (hangs at 99% 2nd pass), any help for a fix would be appreciated!
just wait for it to finish, it can take several hours to pass from 99% to "job finished".

EDIT:
okay I found a thread from another site saying we have to wait for a finish message to popup after the 99% or we get the timeline error when playing on the 3ds.

don't post links from cia sites like that one or "that other iso site" it against gbatemp rules.

Yeah I just found out about it from another forum, I wonder why it takes that long from 99% to 100%.
I mean if you don't mind the timeline working on the 3ds and skip the 99%-100%, it can save a huge amount of time.
However, it's nice to get the timeline working for an official proper release.

@lordchaos

I removed the link, could you edit my quote from your post?
Btw, I got a few movies off you on that other site, thanks for sharing!

if you look at the properties of the moflex file during that time you will notice that is increasing in size, maybe it's just the time the program requires to compile the converted data into the moflex file.

i meant edit other people messages.

He meant you can edit a quote you quoted from someone else through your edit button.
Inside the [//Quote] blah blah [//Quote]

I edited my post prior to your quoting in which I have removed the illegal link BUT you need to edit the link you quote from me on your quoted post.
Confusing but it really isn't.

Every time when I convert a moflex file to an avi file I get a Video which shakes every 2 seconds. Is there a new version of mobiconverter or how can I fix this?

I have *not* downloaded the SDK, but so far I understand it contains an AVI->Moflex ENCODER.
What I'd want to ask is.. does it also contains a Moflex (MOC5) ->AVI DECODER?

Currently, Gericom's Mobidecoder DOES NOT support MOC5s, so It's my only hope left..
Thanks everyone!

Depending on what are you are going to convert if
Its a 200mb video file like a youtube videowell it can take depending on the speed of your Pc/Laptop 45m to an Hour if its a movie 700mb up it can take more like 2 hours in a speedy Pc or laptop, on a slow Pc multiply 2 by 3 and you get you total time. But as i read is taking your Pc 2 hours to convert a simple 1 and 30 sec then your pc is really sloooow or you enable something in the option in the convertiion thats making convert slow.

My video it's a 46 mb, and the duration it's 1m 30sec, extension .avi, I have a decent laptop and still waiting, I've been waiting for 2 hours and have 0% to progress.

Let me ask basic things:
Did you connect the boxes with strings so each one connects to each other?
Did you double click the boxes to configure the options inside the boxes?
Did you change audio conversion to a higher mhz " if you did don't."
If avi doest convert fast try mp4 format.

1) Yes (all green)
2) Yes ( add the video/rezise the crop manual to 240x200/Don't change anything in convert frame rate and convert audio/and only change the output directory in Mobiclip Encoder)
3) Don't change anything in Convert audio
4) What video extension you use to convert to .moflex?

i try MKV but the converter don't like the extension to much and it can fail i usually use MP4 to convert to .moflex
Crop and resize, you open it and click on Resize , and i use Fullscreen 400 x 240 click ok
Convert frame rate, i always use and change it to the Nintendo 3ds Frames (29.916) and just click ok.
in convert audio, you dont need to change it , unless is a 3D video.

And in mobiclip Encoder see the image below.

A 28.8 mb mp4 took 45 minutes to complete
