Yes, it is compatible.
Be sure that your iso isn't corrupted or compressed (it has to be a 1:1 rip to have the best compatibility and less issues)

Does naming it the sd card need to be the exact game ? I have the ISO saved as game.iso but the folder I'm talking about.

The game starts but it's a green bar now ! What do I need to do !! I got the Europe version to work but I want the us for the voice acting ughhh lol

Try to update Nintendont to the latest version available (if you don't have it updated) and try to force the video output to NTSC. It might help
