Hacking region changed 3ds system transfer

Hi, I have US region changed Japan 3DS that link with US NNID.
(deleted JP e-shop info, and injected my own USA secure_info_A)
even if region changed, it work with US e-shop and NNID.

For now, I got another us 3ds that has some contents.
I just wondering that I could do system transfer and re-link with my us NNID.
but I heard that rumor that region changed 3ds cannot be transfered or transfer.
Is that really true? or Anything I can do thing to system transfer?

Target condition: japan old 3ds xl a9lh setup with USA emunand 11.2
(link with US NNID, work with US e-Shop, leftover JP contents deleted)

What I want
system transfer TO: USA emunand japan 3ds
system transfer FROM: old 3ds 11.2 USA (no NNID, US pure console)

A region changed cannot do a system transfer. You can try it yourself to see it first hand. It's not dangerous to try, your 3ds will just greet you eith an error code.

Edit: it's server sided so we cannot do anything about it (yet).

You can use NTR commands or a pre made cfw with modified cardboard and built in patches

I read some article that yifan_lu left about some system transfer and He released cosmo3DS cfw that could patch e-shop releated something.
I'm not have cn or interested in NTR command, so only option for me is that cfw that you mension (pre made cfw).
So If I use cosmo3DS with a9lhed 3ds, I could do a system transfer between them, Am I correct?
(I just only use legit cartridge game and e-shop downloaded free game like picross,
badge arcade and not using pirate/non-legit title except the some homebrew.)

As long as you can access eshop after the region swap and have a NNID working then cosmo should be all you need
