Judging by the filenames, it looks like an R4i-SDHC clone. Use the pack for DSTT/R4i-SDHC.

Yes. Before you do that, change "TTMENU.DAT" back to "YSMenu.nds".

Make sure you're actually changing the extension of the files. Windows hides by default the files' extension, so if you oversaw this, your files are being named Example.dat.dat. Make sure it's not like that by going into Folder's options and unchecking the option for "Hide extension of known file types"
