I was wondering if it was possible to make custom themes for the R4 cards; (specifically R4i.) I searched up videos on YouTube, but the videos I found are outdated by 6-8 years.

I was wondering if it was possible to make custom themes for the R4 cards; (specifically R4i.) I searched up videos on YouTube, but the videos I found are outdated by 6-8 years.

I made a few themes for my R4i Gold card, and it was pretty straightforward simply replacing existing image files (as found in the 'ui' folder in the kernel files) with my own 16-bit bitmap ones - once I'd found a plug-in that allowed me to create such arcane image files..

There really hasn't been too much progress in that spand of time so they should still be valid
