Hardware 3DS rubber stick thingy adhesive?

Okay, so I was playing on my 3DS one day, until the rubber part of the control stick fell off. I can pop it back on, but if feels really loose and falls off really easily. So, I'm wondering, does anyone know the kind of adhesive/glue that Nintendo used for the rubber part of the 3DS control stick pads? (or at least of any kind of glue that'll get it back on?) And before you suggest, no I can't just buy a whole new stick thing, considering that it really isn't worth the effort.

It's the rubber part on the Circlepad, I don't have a "new" 3DS.

I would just scrape out the old glue, add in super glue, and let it sit for about 30 minutes to harden.

If it comes to that, I'll do it. But for now, I'm just trying to find the same adhesive Nintendo used for the 3DS.

It's relatively easy to replace instead of trying to fix with glue.

Eh, I don't want to risk stripping the rest of my screws. I've done that enough when I had to fix the L/R triggers.

If anything, I would say use as little glue as possible on both sides, let it dry a bit, put a center dab in the middle (very little so it doesnt come out of the sides when ya squish it down) and let some of the excess come out of the sides and form a bit of a seal for extra strength. It is likely to snap off again in the future, fyi.

once u do get it back on tho, I suggest getting some textured covers as oil from your skin gets on the vanilla circle pad easily

Will these textured covers stop the oil/sweat from my skin on my fingers from getting to the glue? Will they also prevent the rubber skin thing from falling off?
