Oh, that thing. Simply select "start core" from the retroarch menu and it should start the prompt.

think i tried that? same result as going to the bat file

i havent changed any files. do i have to add the core into the retroarch\cores folder?

welp i might leave you guys with a video of MS-DOS booting up (then a version that runs a "crash" dos virus) and ill go for about 20 hours.
