No, slowhax only can be used to inject the save not the app (at least with the actual homebrew) then you need to have installed a DSiWare with exploit.

I don't think you will can do the SlowHax DSiWare downgrade because you can't acces the NAND with an arm11 kernel to inject the .app file...

Not at this time. Only Fieldrunners/Legends Of Exidia/Guitar Rock Tour/The Legend Of Zelda : Four Swords
And eventually SUDOKU from a transfert system between the 3DS and a DSi with SUDOKU non-fixed version ?
I think it can work...
