Hacking Corbenik/Skeith doesnt work with SMM & Sun, Moon

Do you know how to read? If not they you missed that Corbenik is a cfw and all cfws don't run into AP.

Use Luma.

Won't fix his problem if he wants to use Corbenik. Luma isn't the only cfw and it definitely isn't the best. Corbenik works perfectly with SMM and Sun/Moon.

@OhBoy You have to turn on "Firmlaunch Hook" in options.

Luma3ds is a good cfw yes. But their are more options. Some people want more flexibility that Luma3ds won't give them using a cfw like Corbenik. Others want simpler then like SaltFW.

2. Make sure to enable reboot patches if you're using an O3DS.

3. Upgrade your NATIVE_FIRM to 11.0+.

I think Crystal lost all credibility after posting that you could obtain Fieldrunners for free and be able to transfer it.

On a related note, use what you want. I personally don't care, I wasn't aware anything else added in the new AP patches yet.

That is technically correct. You can pirate the game then buy it and keep it legit. Also it wasn't Crystal who posted that iirc.

Just to be clear: I wasn't attacking you. I was merely laughing my ass off at the fact that you said "New AP". There's nothing new here - it's the same reboot patches we've dealing with since a long time ago (besides cart-based AP but that's for Sky3DS users).

There's no new AP, please don't say that again because someone will actually read your post and automatically interpret it as The One True Truth™ (yet another gripe I have with this scene)

Serious? It was posted back when the original ROM leaked. The rom needed to have the AP patched out to run on Gateway and older CFW's. Because of the AP it still is unable to be used on Sky3DS+

Seems that there has been no public technical discussion but it was found out several weeks back https://gbatemp.net/threads/sky3ds-another-ap-check.449426/ I can only guess it wasn't publically discussed to actually make Sky3DS team fix it on their own.

lol the GW/rxTools/ReiNAND thing wasn't "AP", it was the fact that it _requires_ 11.0+ FIRM. Requiring a newer firmware version is hardly an AP method in my opinion...

As for the Sky3DS+ thing, we're not discussing the cart release here.

(you can see the third step in my comment was "Update NATIVE_FIRM" btw)

Interesting. I could have sworn that people on 11.0 were running into the same issue but who knows anymore. Everyone is so fragmented running sysnand or emunand patches. CFW or BrickwayCFW
