You need latest ctrulib, sf2d, sftd, sfil, citro3d and Xerpi's portlibs. You need a rsf template to be able to compile a .cia build."

Oh really.. I didn't see that. I assumed that it hasn't been done since it showed how to build a CIA of it in the main page. Also there wasn't a download button for the mobile I was using.

Yeah, they just stuck it in the PKSM folder in the repo, haven't uploaded one to the release page yet.
