I realise it's frustrating and even befuddling, but be aware that forum rules state:

What's the version of your korean 3DS ?
I believe @Nanquitas meant version, not region. It is region changed, starting from an European one. Is there any way to run it?
I believe @Nanquitas meant version, not region.
As in, 9.2, 11.2, 10.7, ...
Go to system settings, it'll be in the lower right corner of the upper screen.
But what version are you running?
Yeah what's the version ?
Also, when running a BootNTR (like my Selector) what's the error ?
It should be possible to update BootNTR to support the last Korean Version, but it'll need some file from your console.
If you're willing to, I'll pm you in the week to tell you how to retrieve them.
I'm a little short on time lately, so it'll need to wait at least a couple of days.
The last version potentially supported by BootNTR is 10.1.0-23 for the Korean.
Stay in this version, and dump the files from my NTR Selector.
You launch it, then you spam L or R to stop the timer.
Then you press L + R + X + DPad Up to launch the dump mode.
When the dumps are done, you should have some files on your sd: FS.dmp, SM.dmp, PM.dmp, HomeMenu.dmp and Kernel.dmp.
Send me all the files and I'll see what I can do.
I don't have a 3DS so all the tests will have to be done by you (no risks for the 3DS).
PM me with the files when you have them.
Okay, maybe it'll be easy to fix then.
PM me the files and we'll see.
Hmm, maybe you'll find them as: pid0, pid1, pid2, homemenu, axiwram.
