Hacking Luma 3DS (Need advice)

A few months ago I installed Rxtools on a 6.3.0-12E.
I recently get an OLD3DS on 4.5.0-0E and wanted to install Luma since Rxtools is outdated.
So I followed this guide: https://3ds.guide/decrypt9-(mset)
But I'm stuck on Section VI: 13. Launch the Homebrew Launcher from the home menu.
I don't really know what to do know. Any tips ?

i don't see where you could be stuck
you just have to install the hblauncher cia, launch it and do a dspdump
and if you're already there that mean you finished installing a9hl

Yes I have install a9hl.
Every time I launch the hblauncher this error appear:
"Failed to download the actual payload with HTTP : 0xd8a0a039."
Is this appear because I don't have a browser installed ? Or may be my firmware is no longer supported by otherapp/ropbin payloads?
Do you think I miss something ?

I can't tell you why but this step is entirely optional. Skip to 16.
If you think the reason lies with your browser, try update to 11.2 and see if you can launch homebrew then.

You need to be connected to the internet the first time you use the hblauncher because it downloads the payload.

I used 9.2.0 ctrtransfer and I'm now able to launch hbl.
Everything works fine now and I had install RedNand.
Should I restore/downgrade Sysand ?
