ROM Hack Can ACNL + Powersaves = garden.dat?

Is there any way I could use my powersaves .bin of ACNL
to edit my town with Marc Robledo Save Editor ? I want to hack my town but unfortunately I have the latest version of 3DS so I can't install Homebrew since I don't have any other games to launch it

you cannot inject edited save files with powersaves, so even if you could dump the raw file you can't use it after editing.

Since you have a Powersaves, you can setup oot3dhax by buying a physical cart of LoZ: Ocarina of Time. It's only $20.

oh yeah but I am saving money to buy Pokemon Moon lol
Hopefully they will release the Sun/Moon Homebrew method if possible.
