So I bricked my New 3DS a while back. I bricked it trying to install Arm9LoaderHax before the OTPLess version released. I sold it for parts since I couldn't hardmod it. I still have the NAND from right before I bricked it and its SD Card files. Is there any way to extract all the saves from it so I can put them on my current hacked 3DS?

Try restoring that NAND backup on the current hacked 3ds then extract? Oo Including the sd card files~

Following. I would love to extract the saves from my stolen 3ds's NAND/files.

I think he listened to you and as we speak he's installing the a diffrent Nand on the wrong system and now he instantly going to brick
Actually I was out to get some water. I already tried to do this a while back with a EmuNAND with EmuNAND9 but it refused to even put it in due to it saying something like "This NAND does not belong to this 3DS system"

Shouldn't be a full-brick though - should still have a9lh to reflash a correct nand.bin

[if the nand checks weren't there in the flashing tools]

Only if you have the NAND xorpads for the previous console. Without that, you can't decrypt the NAND.

So in other words I can't get anything from it at all? Is it virtually useless to me?

unless you have the xorpads for that nand, yeah that NAND backups is useless. People tell you to always back up your NAND, but they never tell you to store your nand xorpads in a safe place as well. you never know when you might need it.

Lilly will fully brick Since a9lh will be overridden by the nand backup, that's why to get rid of a9lh you need a backup before you installed it

Only if you use Decrypt9 and don't choose "keep a9lh". It isn't possible to remove a9lh with Hourglass9.
