It can launch homebrew and DLP ROMs. Says nothing about commercial/retail ROMs.

You're asking in the wrong thread. TWLoader is just a frontend. The complicated work of loading .nds is handled by ahezard's nds_bootstrap, and yes commercial ROM loading is planned for that.

So i put this folder on my SD, and go to FBI and install CIA ou need to move it since in the step 4 i need to install another CIA???

TWLapp.cia and TWLoader.cia are the only CIAs you need to install. Moving the step would make the instructions a bit more confusing.

So only need to go to FBI on my LUMA CFW and press install it? And when comes new version can install it or need to remove the old one?

Yes, and if there's a new version, just install them again, as it will overwrite the old ones.

If i want to remove it what i need to do?

I load rom, gives Nintendo Ds screen and two screens stuck white.

Sorry i'm noob, i'm only find the last TWLoader.cia. Where is the first one to remove it (path in fbi since i don't find in defenitions or other way to remove it please).

Delete them in the Title list in FBI.

I didn't read anything expect the first post but I have a question. I know you can use box art but how? I replaced boxart1.png with smea box for portal ds and the app wouldn't load. Do I need to do anything special for boxart to work?

Each time it boots to a black screen kicks me to homemenu and reboots the console. It works fine without the cover though
