I have A9LH on my N3ds. When I updated Luma3ds I accidentally launched my sysnand and updated it. Is there a way for me to downgrade my sysnand without losing A9LH?

Use the sysUpdater cia. Be sure to make a NAND backup just in case!

You don't need a downgraded sysNAND. Don't downgrade it, you're just asking for trouble.
Why not follow the 'move emuNAND' section of the guide, then you don't even have to worry about sysNAND vs. emuNAND.

Wouldn't using things like FBI and NTR on sysnand get him banned?

No definitely not. 100s or 1000s of people are using a9lh with Luma on sysNAND-only systems, including me That's a major benefit to a9lh. No more stuffing around with emuNAND.

No need to install GBA/DSi games to both NANDs to make them work on emuNAND. You'll only have to install them once.

If anything you'll have less issues. Having an emuNAND causes complications.

I haven't had any issues installing anything and I have a9lh sysNAND on 3 consoles.

And if I was to move my emunand to my Sysnand , and for some strange reason decided to remove arm9, is it easier to do it there or on emunand?

GodMod9 can and will brick your system if you royally mess up.

When i clicked on the download link in the moving emunand to sysnand there was Godmode9 and safemode9.
You chose safemode9?
