i'm using free region version of the game can that be the problem?

What did you use to create the file? I always use notepad++ since wordpad or notepad always screw up the end of line character.

i just try again using notepad+ and nothing i downloaded legit cia game and nothing still can't fix i keep getting "could not detect sd card..."

Back up your save with JKSM (JK_'s Save Manager) then.

Could your sd card be faulty? Put your sd card back in your computer. Right-click and select properties. Click the Tools tab and select error-checking. Check the box for automatically fix file system errors and then click start. Make a back-up of your sd card before you do that just in case.

It should work. People tranferred over their Japanese saves from if into Fates and they were fine.

You could try downgrading your Luma version to a version that was released around that time that I helped that guy.

Downloade v6.3.1, delete the arm9loaderhax.bin file from your SD card, replace it with the one in the v6.3.1 zip. Delete the config.bin file on your luma folder. Boot your 3DS, select what settings you need to select, profit.

the luma 6.3.1 fixed the problem and now the dlc is working.

i think i'm going the contact the developer so that he can add this thing in the latest version because the game patching didn't help even if it's saying that it's changing the region and everything
