Hacking oot3dhax alternate method other than powersaves?

For about an 2 hours already I have been getting an error in Powersavespro that my email/ key has been suspended for hour. It is really frustrating because I only need it to restore the homebrew save to my OOT cart.. I've been wanting sys transfer a cfw 3ds to a clean one and all I need is to import this save... aghh

My CFW is 11.2 and the target is 11.0.. I been following Pailtect's sys transfer guide and I am stuck trying to figure this out for hours. How would I download the correct payload onto the cart?

Open the oothax installer on the system with CFW. Select the correct payload for the non-hacked system.

Just tried loading it up on the clean 3ds and stuck on yellow screen, Is it not compatible on 11.0? that is what I set in the installer settings..

It's compatible. Nintendo added randomization to oothax in 11.0 to prevent Homebrew access with it. Just keep trying.
