Homebrew Help with a out region Update.

I have a game but its a japanese one and i have the its a update from this game avaible on e-shop message all time. The problem its than the update dont exist over internet and any ''website than we can know'' and the only stuff than i finded with relationship about it its a QR code from download it to eshop but u cant if u dont have the right eshop.

My question: There its some homebrew than can read that codes and download the update from Nintendo servers? Well u can download stuff with CDN-FX (example) but i want read the QR code than i finded from the game than need a update.

I searched the update on Ciangel and Freeshop but nothing.
