Homebrew Homemenuhax server down?

Pokemon Sun updated my O3DS XL to 11.0.0-28U. I used Ninjhax 2 to renew the door to Homebrew Menu.

I used to have a way to simply hold L while booting the 3DS to enter Homebrew Menu, and I'm told the server that the manager downloads from is currently offline. Is this true? I can't do that anymore?

Yes, mtheall.com is down because it's literally moving, browserhax has unofficial mirrors but I'm not sure for menuhax (though if you ask in #3dsdev of efnet yellows8 would probably help you in person)...

plus you need another 3ds thats already hacked to transfer the hacked version over. what do you mean what did it replace?

you can no longer downgrade. nintendo patched downgrading in 11.0

by updating to 11.0, you lost a chance to downgrade without using a hardmod or dsiware. Downgrading is part of the process of installing arm9loaderhax and CFW
