Homebrew Help with save data

I don't know if this has been asked before, if so, sorry.

After restoring my save data of Pokemon Moon the game says something like:

The save data does not correspond with the ones that were save in the last session and cannot be used.

What can I do? It's too late here and I cannot search cause I've got to sleep

I have a different question. I'm not having any problems or anything but i use SaveDataFiler for my saves so if i backup my Pokemon Sun save from the leaked copy with it and inject it into my cartridge version of the game, it should be fine right?

Well, JKSM doesn't work and Save Manager doesn't let me to import a save..

Yep, even when I imported it with SVDT the game keeps saying this:
The save data does not correspond with the ones that were save in the last session and cannot be used.
