Alright so first off how do you get to the motel on route 13 in Ula Ula for I believe the 4th Ultra Beast mission? How do I get to the battle tree? Finally when you go through the portal to the opposite altar can you do anything?

fly to the victory road pokecenter (before taking the elevator) and then head right, you should see a site with RV's and team skull members, hotel is at the right part of it.

Yep I can confirm it holds it.
Also wtf is up with the encounter rate on the last ultra beast in resolution cave! I've been trying for like a half hour X.X
