Something I still find odd is the fact that more people have said (myself included, I called) that Nintendo refused to say anything about the ban in specifics. Everyone got a vague answer and those that tried to ask in the chat were told to call, so it seems a bit strange to me that they would flat out put it in an e-mail and not just tell you the same in chat.

Honestly I still don't get why some are saying they're getting permabanned while others say they're banned for 14 days

Why would Nintendo change their policy all of sudden now, that doesn't make much sense

well, pokemon's their bread & butter man and we were cocky enough to go online 10 days prior to official launch when even (presumably) journalists weren't online. I'd say they don't care too much for us or our attitudes.

Pretty sure that's where the info is stored anyway and the FreindSeed_B is just a clone of the same info on a different cert. Which is why you'd get a permaban if they noticed you were doing that to bypass.

Thanks for the actual response. A friend of mine got banned and wanted me to ask instead of making his own account, if it's possible to keep his NNID by linking it to another console then he wants to try and get a new 3DS on Black Friday.

There's no solution to the 022-2812 one though ? But this one only bans you from the eShop right ? Can you still play Pokémon Sun & Moon online with e 022-2812 one ? Thanks guys.
