Dumb question. How do i now if the .cia i got is legit. I mean the lurantiss cia has been out for a couple weeks, so how can i tell if im downloading a good one.

Couldn't the eshop ban be permanent, and the online ban be temporary? Is that probable?
realistically it'd be retarded "piracy's your only choice now, we don't want your money" and then when a console update (supposedly) happens you'd need sysupdater also freeshop or cia updates for games. But yeah maybe. Nintendo's not the best at making choices.

Yeah. I get what you're saying. But the individual developers don't deserve punishment for Nintendo's actions.
Well... if they don't like it they can blame their publisher. ;)

Yea yea, I know. Its people's own fault for getting banned, not Nintendo. ....but still. Nintendo made the decision, albeit a justified one, to take money away from the devs by banning these people. The CAUSE is the fault of the player, but not the outcome. Still though, nothing wrong with supporting devs, just saying its what I would do. Good on ya for staying honest. =P

Literally all we need is to spoof away from our own legit id's. If we can spoof away from that at random......

So now I'm just wondering if tons of people cancel pre-orders from the ban will Nintendo respond, I mean if it's enough for them to take notice. Numbers mean A LOT in the long run, especially on release day. It sets precedents.

lol did that yesterday. Cancelled both games.
Yeah, figured I'd wait until there is some sort of confirmation on if it's perm or not.

Only hope would be that the Nintendo goons aren't very informed and just go by "oh that code means perm ban". But I'm not a very hopeful person.

I can't feel well what my gut says, but it tells me something...

They told me yesterday they couldn't confirm weather it was a temp or permaban. We'll see in 2 weeks I guess!
