Man. Who cares about Miiverse/eShop. I'll just buy physical and rip my own CIAs from now on.

But I want PokeBank ;-;
Kudos for you for still buying from them. Being completely honest, if I had gotten banned I'd freeshop the fuck out of everything. They don't want money from the people they banned? May as well do what they want. ;)

What I think is funny is that most people that got banned also pre-ordered the games legit and just couldn't contain their excitement. It's like we've been banned for being extra hard pokemon fans. Shame on you Nintendo. XD

eh that's just impatience. I can't be bothered to go online until I caught all the pokes

Asking again for shits and giggles.

"Out of curiosity, if someone has both error codes and has their NNID linked to the console, what happens if they buy a new 3DS and link their NNID with that? It seems people with an NNID and both error codes report the NNID and Nintendo Network services working fine on their WiiU/PC, but would the new 3DS simply be banned too?"

When people say they "only been to the festival plaza and got banned too", they mean they went to the plaza with wifi turned on and connected to nintendo's server? I barely remember what I did at the plaza, but I had the wifi turned off and I don't think it ever prompted me to connect. Al this paranoia is making me think I'll be banned as well even tho it shouldn't be literally possible. I'm still playing story mode (barely survived against the school of wishiwashis lol), so I guess I will try replacing the game with the legit cia tomorrow or whenver it's available and then try online play.
