Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

You can install the game directly through FBI with this. You'll be given an option. And yea, if your 3DS is AU, even if PAL, you should be ok

Ok so after reading 168 pages of this forum I have a few questions.
1. I have a second 3DS I can use as my primary for now, it isnt a big deal but are there any risks of backing up my save from moon and injecting it on my actual game when I get it tonight? (Besides maybe changing the date or whatever)
2. Is there anyway of getting my NNID off my banned 3DS and putting it on the unbanned one?

To answer your first question, there shouldn't be much of a risk of backing up your save and injecting it into the legit CIA - the ban was just based on consoles that went online, nothing tied to your game data.

For your 2nd question - not sure. I've read that people who were banned could still use their NNID on Wii U - so perhaps it isn't an NNID ban but rather a console ID ban?

Now it's downloading the game. Will this already include the seed and give me a version that I can use online after the 18th ?

You could but it probably wouldn't affect anything considering its purely an element of the game on the console - the bans were all detected because people went online, any data related to your game shouldn't put you at risk - just make sure the data is transferred to the legit CIA whenever you do get it.

If you're a master of social engineering - maybe - otherwise you need to obtain or doctor proof showing you "bought a banned console at a store". Nintendo wouldn't just remove the ban without precedent.
