Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

If I imported a cartridge from Japan or USA, I could legally play it on 18th as a European. So dont you think, that it should be safe for a European to go online on 18th with the eshop preload and the correct seed?

Because the ban is at the server level. There have been a few people suggesting bypass methods in this thread but until one of the big hackers comes out and says something it's probably best to not try anything

Nope. I didnt even try to go online. The only reason i am worried is because i didnt disable my wifi before playing the game. So i played Sun and Moon with Wifi enabled but didnt go online in-game.

Hello, I Have the 002-0102 error code(ORAS/MK7 online) but I still can go to the Nintendo eShop, is this ban permanent like you (some of you can't go to eshop anymore) ? thanks

I know what I did was wrong and I took that risk, but potentially nullifying all of a user's purchases seems like something they're legally not allowed to do. I could be very much much wrong here anyway.

Thats exactly what they're allowed to do. You sign the agreement when you sign up for NNID. You break the agreement, you lose everything.

Though its completely possibly to unban yourself, so i wouldn't worry all that much anyway.

Same scenario with me, but I just got online with OR, so you should be safe. Wifi disabling for that leak isn't necessary.

If you don't come unbanned straight away, don't freak out immedietely. It might take some extra time.
