Damn I found something crazy. If you beat that last ultra beast mission for looker and you return to the alter of sun/moon on poni island, you can go through that warp hole and travel to the other version of the game you aren't playing. Now if you go to Ula'ula island on route 16 you can get to the other sun/moon alter and doing so gives you a cosmog.Cosmog evolves at level 43 into cosmoem
Sooooo how do I get the sun flute so I can evole him?

I'm looking into the text dump of the english version of Su/Mo (because unfortunately I cannot found Italian version and I don't know how to dump my language) to search if some NPCs talk about Mega Stones and I found Alakazite only (it's possible to buy some Mega Stone at the Battle Tree shop)

How are you, [VAR TRNAME(0000)]?[VAR 0114(0027)]
Zygarde at 100%... You might be able to control it fully![VAR 0114(0027)]
If you collect all Cells and Cores, please visit the Aether Base on Route 16 on Ula’ula Island. Use the Reassembly Unit there, and you can transform them into a Zygarde![VAR 0114(0027)]
While we were having you look into Zygarde for us...[VAR 0114(0026)]
we were looking into the Z-Ring, too.[VAR 0114(0026)]
It’s so mysterious... to be talking about Mega Evolution here, in a region so far away from Kalos...[VAR 0114(0026)]
But we are Trainers. Rather than explaining it all in words, why don’t we just show you what Mega Evolution is![VAR 0114(0027)]
The Trainer holds the Key Stone! The Pokémon holds the Mega Stone! And that’s how you can make your Pokémon Mega Evolve during battle![VAR 0114(0027)]
You can use the Z-Ring! So you must be able to use a Key Stone that makes Mega Stones resonate![VAR 0114(0026)]
If you have a Key Stone, you’ll be able to make your Pokémon that hold a Mega Stone Mega Evolve![VAR 0114(0027)]
This is a Mega Stone that makes Alakazam Mega Evolve. It’s called an Alakazite! I’ll give the Key Stone and an Alakazite to you![VAR 0114(0027)]
You know, when you think about it... The Z-Ring helps the feelings of a Trainer reach his or her Pokémon and makes it so it can use its Z-Power, right? It only follows that it should be able to achieve Mega Evolution, too![VAR 0114(0026)]
We’ll be taking our leave now! Bon voyage![VAR 0114(0026)]
I found also Arceus' Plate: Sky, Zap, Stone, Iron, Fist, Dread, Splash, Pixie at Antiquities of the Ages and Ghost in Hau'oli Cemetery with Stoutland
Someone talks about Necrozma (I think the lady of Æther in Laboratory who gave you the UB Balls)
Hm? What is this Pokédex data, [VAR TRNAME(0000)]? ...Necrozma. It’s black, yet it’s refracting light... But we haven’t had any word from HQ about such a UB. It must be simply a rare Pokémon. Still, it’s quite remarkable, though![VAR 0114(001F)]
