Yep, just installed 1.2 with the TWLapp.cia

If I were to load a flash card through this, would anything benefit from it? I know they can't make use of TWL features but assuming the clock speed is on the hardware side then it shouldn't matter for the flash cart itself, right? (I'm pretty sure this is a stupid question but still)

I can't believe that this will really work for Commercial Games any time soon

Well keep in mind that quite a bit of progress has been made in the past few months reverse engineering Max Overload which was able to patch commercial roms to not only run off the GBA slot but from a device designed for homebrew only. To be specific, Max Overload v1.61b2 runs entirely off the homebrew only MMD (no PC side patcher) and apparently uses libnds with its own filesystem driver.

You CAN'T Run Commercial NDS Games with it yet.

I didn't developed this tool, can't say when it will support NDS Roms.
For now it runs NDS Download Game Demos and NDS Homebrews

Install this in SysNand? I have an SysNand 9.2/ EmuNand 11.2 setup on my o3ds, LumaCFW, a9lh.

So.. where do I install the 2 cias? I'd like to launch it via EmuNand if possible. Gonna use FBI for installation.

Edit: Installed both cia to both SysNand and EmuNand. NeoDS works like a charm!

I ordered an r4 flashcard about a week ago.. a bit of a waste, but man I can't wait to cramp many games to my 3ds!

You can't, yet. That's why there's no instructions on that.

I launch rom (I launch pokemon blue mystery dungeon and sky and pokemon ranger 3 sign of guardian)

They're commercial/retail ROMs, not homebrew. As NOTE1 says, commercial/retail ROMs don't work with this.
