Is there a legit Cia for Pokémon sun or moon available?

No there are no legit CIAs for Sun/Moon yet, so you can't install them on 10.7 or below devices.

I think all .cias available right now are those with fake title ID that show up as some other game in your freeshop etc. better to wait a few more days until the game hits eshop.

if you have 10.7 and below and want to play it, there is always the downgrade option to setup an emunand and play the sun and moon released now

yeah, but if OP doesn't want to go full hax, menuhax + emunand would be enough. That is what my brother does and he is ok with it.

OP, I do recommend though, get a9lh if you want to do more than just play sun/moon

Not even sure if I can do Menuhax+Emunand. My 3ds is on 11.2 so I'm not sure if anything can actually be installed on it.

oh, I thought you were below 10.7. Well, you can't install even install a legit cia unless you do the hardmod/dsi downgrade.

You can still use a sky3ds card to play pokemon sun and moon when the cartridge is released and someone dumps the .3ds rom
