Ok so I have just installed a US game on my EUR Wii U SYSNAND with WUPInstaller.
Game doesn't boot because of the wrong region.

I have replaced all files from the meta folder with meta files from EUR game. (Replaced with WUPhax)

Now my US game works great on my EUR Sysnand :)

EDIT:
So to play region free games;
-Download the game you want (Ex: MK8 US for EUR Wii U)
-Download the meta folder of that game but from your region (Download MK8 EUR meta folder)
-Replace files with WUPClient

I've know about this since installing to sysnand was possible.

Or easier just dump the meta folder with wupclient and edit meta.xml.
Yeah ^^
I already have the "big meta pack" for loadiine games so I don't need to edit anything

Pretty interesting method. That would allow import games to be installed without much problem.

Not only that, but fan translations on sysnand and mods used for loadiine could work too, right?

They do work. I remember someone patching a translation of TPHD to their game.
