Hey guys, I'm currently in the process of trying to downgrade my 3DS but have hit a roadblock with the ctr-httpwn server being down. I selected the option to use the cached file and it's not prompting me to update, but it doesn't seem to be loading any nintendo services (eshop, system transfer etc) - it tries to for 5-10 mins and then I get error 005-4040. I only updated the cached file a day or 2 ago so I'm surprised it's not working - is there a way I can check the server status/contact yellows8 about it? Is there an alternate to ctr-httpwn I can use? Thanks!

Nope, that was the error I was getting - I don't think there's a way to get it to work until the server's back up. I figured out that I didn't actually need to use ctr-httpwn in the end luckily.

Didn't realise it was ok to update to the latest firmware when doing a downgrade using 2 3DS' >_<
Nice, you get a downgrade while I get to wait for a arm11 exploit to come out so I can downgrade with 1 3ds...so gay that I updated my brothers CFW 3ds and broke the CFW...
