I have a game downloaded and when i launch it it is stuck on the 3ds screen. I know it has something to do with the seed. I got the seed from a friend , so how to i get the seed in the game?

You get the seed from visiting the eShop page of the game or importing it through FBI. The other possibility is that your firmware is too low to play the game.

Follow this sequence of events. The seed your friend gave you isn't used here. You will need an internet connection to import it from the net.
