Hacking Gateway auto language

Hi , i like to play some games in english but since my 3ds is EU every time i boot it i have to press up on the rom select menu to change the language from auto to english , so i would like to know if i can keep the language on english instead of auto

If your console is set to an English speaking country then it should just automatically be in English.

yeah i know , but i want to change just the game's language and since gateway language setup is set on auto , is there a way to set it on english so that i dont have to change it every time i boot

What country is your console set to? I don't know how to change Gateway but I am pretty sure if you set your console to UK or Australia, games will automatically be in English.
Also if you use Luma you can use language emulation.

My console is set to France

i did set the 3ds on usa one time but i like some things to stay in french

maybe its not possible to change the language from auto

You couldn't have set your console to USA if it is Eur region.

Anyway I would suggest using Luma instead of Gateway and use the language emulation feature.
