Which steps did you follow? The NDS Profile exploit is called the MSET exploit, so you need to do the section called "Steps for MSET users"

goes 100% and then gives me error :/

what does the error say? fbi gives some info. i had errors too with gateway emunand, switched to a9lh luma last hrs and now it installed fine

You need arm9 privileges. So, to launch a CFW emunand, yes, you need a 9.2 sysnand OFW. If you have installed arm9loaderhax (with a 9.2 OFW sysnand), you can upadate the sysnand to 11.2.
