That may be due to people trying to use ctr-httpwn on a system that hasn't used it before, or on a different system version than before. The download doesn't come with a working copy of what it gets from the website. EDIT: AFAIK, though, if Nintendo releases a new update before the server's back online, the cached version won't be enough anymore.I've heard that that doesn't work either, as of late.

For me, and others, the cache method works for things like accessing Miiverse, PokéBank, and the online features of games, but does not work for accessing the eShop, for unknown reasons.It works...I just did it
