I installed Xenoblade, smash, all updates and Mario games, everything good except for pokken torunament. I am redownloading to check. Gave me an error even after trying the TMD fix.

Try installing to internal storage, and then once installed, transferring to external storage. Worked for me on a game i was having issues with.

It should work but I don't have a redNAND to test it on so...

Try installing to internal storage, and then once installed, transferring to external storage. Worked for me on a game i was having issues with.

rename the folder to pokken, not pokkén.

Is there any way to install those save files with the game?

Errors -
1. Why are most titles in red?
2. Some titles are still not downloadable
3. Some games have dlc available but, the dlc can't be downloaded
3a. One of those games is Splatoon
4. It is still being blocked by windows smartscreen

Suggestions -
Can you add skyward sword ?
Can you show how much % (percent) the download is done on the progress bar?

I hope you fix these!

Feature request: can the software tell me if there's a new game on the list for my selected region when first starting?

I've recently noticed that Epic Mickey made its way onto the EUR list (after I have meticulously arranged the Wii U's menu by name, but that's another story!), but it was only through chance that I spotted this.

Can the software pop up a box to say what new items there are in the list compared to when it last started up? I notice that you already store the details of games in the settings file, so maybe some sort of verification against that?

Yes you need redNAND in order for dlc or the games in red to work.

Just stopping by to give my appreciation to @DanTheMan827 - new version is great!
You don't really need redNAND to run some of those games - theoretically it should be possible to extract tickets by intercepting traffic when downloading purchase from eShop or by reading connected USB HDD if game is purchased... there are guides for that, but I won't go into it further because it is... you know what.

Also, two bogus problems brought up by newbs in thread:
1. Pokkén Tournament works, but you can't have that é in name... when copying to SD card replace any of those fancy chars.
2. Smart screen - if .exe doesn't run after double click - then go Right click -> Properties -> Unblock (in bottom right).

Tried this and still had the same issue, my new sd card comes tomorrow so hopefully that solves the problem.
