Homebrew Update 11.2 and homebrew

I am confused... How do I update to 11.2 then and still use BootNTR and Gateway?

1. I don't know about NTR.
2. Never update Sysnand with Gateway. Best case scenario, you lose access. Update Sysnand with Luma (if you have A9LH), and you'll still be able to boot Gateway. Emunand is safe to update with either.

I have A9LH and Luma. I updated Luma to 6.3.1, but settings were wiped. When I rebooted system, it went to luma settings... What all do I need to select? Then, how do I update to 11.2?

About seven years ago, I wrote a scrollbar for Vista.

I would have to see my dad's laptop to remember what one of those look like.

Also, I'm gonna wait about a month for this to get all sorted out before I do any kind of A9LH transition from emunand. luma on emunand should still update just fine, right?

It was a hacky window displayed fullscreen which set the root window to invisible, and had a duplicate desktop and taskbar. It force rendered all the other windows, and force rendered itself behind them. Lots of fun! (and slow. Very slow. And crashed a lot)

@GalladeGuy you should include in the OP in the Luma section that those users getting the "Failed to load FIRM1 patches" or something like that should use the stable 6.3.1 or 5.5 versions of Luma. Nightlies seem to be broken due to the update so far, but there's commits already being pushed to address that.

Oh well, it'd still be nice to let people know that if they are having that issue they should use 6.3.1 stable or either install the latest nightly since that one fixes the 11.2 support already

But 6.3.1 still has issues since it doesn't have failed patches management (like Aurora Wright said here) but the latest nightly has (5d868284)

Try downloading the file from https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v6.3.1 again and putting that arm9loaderhax.bin on your SD card. I updated my Luma YESTERDAY by downloading that exact version and still got the error; but for some reason using the newly-downloaded .bin worked for me. Idk how or why that is exactly, but it worked.

Okay after come home from work I am do this and everything is YES! and OKAY! Hmm.. also I am delete "StarUpdater" homebrew work and put "lumaupdater". Hmm.. I think I do not miss any detail....

What does it mean? Do you need to install 11.2 payload or 11.1 payload is fine?

That means that you have to install stickerhax in 11.1 in order to use it in 11.2
(it uses the 11.1 payload for the 11.2 too)
