I probably should just ask for help before I turn this into a bigger mess than what I've already made it. I just recently installed ShadowNAND v0.85, but instead of using the ShadowNAND_Installer. I installed the payload using SafeA9lhInstaller because I stumbled upon this post (https://gbatemp.net/threads/shadownand.431718/) assuming the installation would be the same as any other a9lh update (Probably should of looked more into it). Now my 3ds boots up fine, but it doesn't boot into luma and I can't seem to load up any payload shortcuts when booting up (Stays on a black screen). I decided to follow the actual guide on how to install ShadowNAND, but I can't even get ShadowNAND_Installer. So, I decided to just restore an old NAND back up and just start from scratch, but whenever I try to boot Decrypt9 through homebrew the bottom screen just flashes red and brings me back into homebrew. I'm pretty much stumped as in what I can do. I'm assuming that the Shadownand is reading from somewhere else in the sd card and I just have to transfer the payloads in the correct location to actually boot up it.

TL;DR: I'll basically break it into steps:
1. Installed ShadowNAND payloads using SafeA9lhInstaller.
2. 3ds Boots, but none of the shortcut payloads when booting up loads (luma config, decyrpt9.. etc, black screen)
3. Follow guide in how to actually install Shadownand (youtubed it) can't boot up ShadowNAND_Installer (Black screen)
4. Decided to just restore old NAND using Decrypt9 through homebrew, but can't beccause Decrpyt9 doesn't load (Flashes red at the bottom and brings me back into homebrew).
5. So I'm just trying to find a way to load up Safe9lhInstaller just to reinstall A9lh payloads and remove shadownand.

If it helps this is basically what I have in my folder.

I assuming it does because it does boot up without an sd card.
my 2ds was on the same state as you back in summer when i got my shadownand
which means i can help because i fixed it

Actually, i fixed it with the help of this spanish youtuber.

there is a link in the description (the first one) take the file with the coresponding 3ds version you got
and put it on the root of the sd card .
open your 3ds and it will launch you to a safea9lhinstaller which kills the semi shadownand brick you got
(idk spanish myself but i got my way out looking the vid at the same time)

Thank you! I managed to boot up into SafeA9LHInstaller using the youtube video, but when I click select I get an error saying "Error: the OTP hash or the NAND key sector are invalid." Since I used the new OTPLess guide from Plailect I don't have one. I'm trying to find a solution to this and if I find anything I'll edit my post for the future. If anybody has any idea how to fix this as well let me know please. Thanks for your help really appreciate it.

Edit: Finally removed Shadownand. These are the steps I've taken to remove it and fix the "Error: the OTP hash.."
1. Download the ShadowNAND version to booting up a9lhinstaller provided by the video that GreaterDog linked.
2. (*I recommend using an empty sd card*) Drag the files in the zip that you downloaded onto the sd card so you should have two folders (homebrew and luma) and arm9loaderhax.bin
3. Go here and download the latest SafeA9LHInstaller. Open the zip and drag arm9loaderhax.bin from the zip onto SD:/homebrew/3ds/.
4. Delete the boot.bin and rename "arm9loaderhax.bin" to "boot.bin".
5. Download data_input_v*.zip and arm9loaderhax from the same website.
6. Drag the "a9lh" folder from data_input.zip onto the root of the sd then the files from arm9loaderhax.zip inside the "a9lh" folder.
7. Eject and boot up your 3ds the latest version of a9lhinstaller should pop up and just press select to install.
