I will tell you this if it is arm it can technically be downscaled to a preference setting like android phone with a terminal and in , windows or linux os based computer...im pretty sure it would make 3ds crash if downscaled to a certain size or make application crash , as i have experienced on my s7 edge recdently when messing with resolution size and density i could achieve a crash on 7 application and then use that to bypass a certain fonction i wanted to get rid off...

On 3ds?? Because i have done it on my s7 edge i could even make the app be deleted even if it is implanted on system setting ...but that not the question i just wanna know if it could work for downscaled idc if my idea sound stupid...

In theory you should be able to downscales anyscreen to lower resolution size without any problem i mean as anyone tried it at first because it so simple...lol

Yes but i don't have a hacked 3ds i just want to know if you can change size resolution , i saw that someone trying to do a linux based cfw for 3ds , just need to be SU of the 3ds and overide parameter and play with that...
What you're saying is so nonsensical it hurts.
