Hello. I have a N3DS in 10.7U
I don't wanna downgrade ATM, so i've been using the HBL to launch other EUR region Legit CIAS.
These don't appear in my USA Home Menu for obvious reasons, but i've noticed that some slots are apparently being used but they really don't have anything (Making anything that i put in that slots disappear after a reboot). After uninstalling that EUR Legit Cias, that problem disappeared. Is there anyway to remove this "Ghost Icons" without having to uninstall the cias?
Thanks for now. (Sorry for my bad english, it is not my default language.)

You can't. You will need to downgrade and follow this guide https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki
(Why don't you want to downgrade?)

I don't want to downgrade because i think that i will screw up the entire process. (Resuming: I don't want to have an bricked 3ds)
That guide is very safe. As long as you do what it says you will be ok.
Downgrading way safer now then when i did it almost a year ago (the program was very unstable, it was easier to hardbrick, and it didn't have safety checks)
For you the worst that can happen is a softbrick and you will have to update to 11.1 but it is still better then hardbrick.

It is probably less safe installing legit CIAs like you are. What if one is corrupted? You'll have a brick and no way to recover it. A hardmod would not even help you since you can't make backups. With a9lh you can just restore a NAND backup.

Ok, i think that i will downgrade. In the guide it says to format before. I have a ton of legitimate PAID games on my nnid. Will i lose it? If i don't lose it, can i link it normally after the downgrade?

backup the saves and you will just have to redownload them and inject the saves again

Ok, my main entrypoint is oothax installed in a digital OOT3D. If i format that N3DS, wouldn't it be deleted too?
Do you have any other exploits?

Edit: Your oothax will be gone but you can boot browserhax on 9.2 so you should be good.

It is recommended to format before downgrading to reduce brick chance substantially. You will have to buy a copy of OoT (they are like $20, try to buy it used and return it later)

Formatting deceases the likeliness of softbricking. If you soft brick you will have to update to 11.1. You don't have to but you should.

Thanks for all who helped. I will borrow my friend's physical oot3d to be able to format then.

Make sure you backup your saves with a save manger. You will lose them if you format and don't backup them.
As for your games you will have to download .cia files of them after you get a9lh as their is no way to get them back.

Can't i link my nnid on the emunand and recover them?

The new guide won't install emunand. It will install a very safe cfw on your sysnand that can be updated to the latest firmware without losing your hacks. You are following this guide right? https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki

NNID is lost after formatting. Backup your save and once cfw is install find cias of them on that iso site or download with freeshop.
