(Please don't get angry lol, I just got this last month)
Alright, So I have a 3DS XL and it's running Luma3ds, But I'm not sure to check if I have A9LH. I got this 3ds last month, and I followed a tutorial on how to update 4.5 directly to 9.2. So I completed it, and got emuNAND. There is an arm9loaderhax.bin on the root, same with arm9loaderhax.bin.sak or .sav or something. So I was wondering if you could install cia's to sysnand alone, again, its on 9.2. Also, EmuNAND is on the latest 11.1U. I dont wanna do something extremely retarded and brick.

you didnt downgrade to 2.1 and got your otp? if no you dont have a9lh.

if you dont have a9lh. than you cant install cia to sysnand

Technically, you can install cias to sysnand without a9lh. But when you exit CFW, they will not run.

I wanted to play games like Bloons TD, or fieldrunners. Like dsiware games. And what do you mean if you can install them on sysnand, but they wont run?

you can install them on sysnand and they will run, but when you exit CFW (reboot), you won't be able to.
