I dumped my NAND two times: one with FBI and one with D9
D9 seems to be faster.
The file sizes are the same,but the SHA-256 don't.
If you wanna be safe, use D9

one note: sha256 is different is because the NAND is probably being written to constantly when you're using the system, while it isn't in Decrypt9.
