I'm trying to access youtube on my 3ds xl and i'm getting this message:

I tried to change my serial and my nnid but nothing works i am console banned ?

EDIT : Same heppens with omega ruby

EDIT 2 : E-shop work fine, no errors

Need details on your activity the day before and on the day of ban with the 3ds. New games, cheats, online play, Pokemon bank, etc....

I know a guy who was banned he called Nintendo and they unbanned him with out question. The issue I saw was the console wasn't hacked he always updates it and he only play's pokemon on it that he paid for from the eshop, we never figured out why he was banned.
I wonder why you were banned, Public header?
