Hacking CIA not installing

hm?? i guess it's the same direction of mystery on what i been gettng lately. a few of these cia's i got on here do not even show a way to install them in the fbi menu. it'll show a delete, copy, cut and paste thing but doesnt show the install cia and the install cia then delete cia parts. its a mystery

Can I guess your system is not "New 3DS"? Because that error only appears if you are actually trying to install an CIA that are not supported in old systems.
Which I realized that already in the source code of FBI:

Can you confirm to me that you are trying to install on o3DS instead of n3DS?

OK now revelations installed via freeShop but when launch it giver error hold power button to turn off

So I'm trying this from a tip from some ppl when I downloaded from freeShop it boots and shows on touch screen and error has occurred please POWER off system and try again. In system data I deleted and redownload in from eShop

Yh I did with same CIA and failed but got different error. Imma try a different CIA and CIAngel.

Try downloading the ticket, install with FBI then download from eShop?

1. I hope that Sd card is not fake. Usually is the probem. Especially if you didn't pay a decent price for it, usually get errors with larger files when doing cia installs (Either by fbi, freeshop or ciangel) Possible corruption?
2. I didn't know that game was so huge in data. over 3GB? O_O
3. Not really helpful but why would anyone wanna play that game? (Ignore this, i'm just wondering no need to concern)
4. Maybe try reformatting the SD card with the Official SD formatter like nintendo suggest?
5. Ask the person who made FBI or something.

OP mentioned they had a 128gb microSD on the first page. I am certain anything over 64gb in a 3DS causes weird bugs. Got a smaller one you can test with?

I'm pretty sure you're fine as long as you format to FAT32 instead of exFAT.

exfat shouldn't be detected. only gateway can use exfat, and I know he's not using that.

OK got game to working after deleting the very from freeShop through system setrings, I redownload through eShop since eShop thinks u purchased it and also for CIA, it wasn't my card CIA upload was corrupted TMW_Hash in title and compared to download from eShop to CIA some files were missing in ticket.

I cant install any CIA at all now. I formatted my SD and now doesnt show Install CIA option. Whats wrong?

Probably a bad dump. Just re copy it back to your sd card.. this problem should go away forever after this, because it's like a 1 time bug.

Delete everything in your SD card. Download this and extract it. Send everything to your SD card. Once you get to the luma configuration screen don't check anything just press start.
