Homebrew Ninjhax 1.1 website gone?

Does anyone know any other method to get into ninjhax 1.1 or access to rxtools on ninjhax 2.7? I'm on Old 3DS. 9.2.0-20U.

There's a rxtools ninjhax 2 3dsx. https://gbatemp.net/attachments/rxtools-rar.26153/

And please don't use rxtools anymore, it is outdated. Use Luma 3DS.
