Hacking A9HL GBA games error

Hi!
I have installed A9HL on my O3DS XL. (From 4.5 FW updated to 11.0.0.33-E).
Wheni try run GBA games error is shown "An error has occurded. Press and hold the POWRE button to turn system off." CIA installed 3DS games,NDS and Cartridge games workd fine.
Someone can help me?

Can i back to 4.5 via hourglass9 (SYSNAND RESTORE)?
And begin from ctr transfer again?

No that's not necessary. You probably have a pachted GBA firm, just download it from 3dnus and install the stock gba firm, that should fix it.
