He means that GitHub is for source code, not binary files. You're uploading a ZIP of binary files to GitHub with a README. That's not how GitHub works. GitHub is NOT a file storage provider.

Taking someone's source code and making it look like your own by putting it in your GitHub project is very wrong.
GitHub is for your own original projects (or projects forked from someone else, but then the link is official).
